“The reason I chose autonet was because it came up as the lowest in my search.i was disappointed with the fact that my premium gone up as I didn't declare a claim that happened in the past. I was at a non-fault and didn't even remember the date so I couldn't declare it but not much I could do. I will give credit to online chat agents as in two occasions they have been quite helpful. Can't say much else simply because I never had to make a claim .”

In regards to the claim when a policy is purchased you are asked to declare any fault/non-fault claims that have happened in the past 5 years. “Autonet has given a very reasonable renewal quote, making it unnecessary to change insurers. The only thing letting them down was the email I received telling me to make a renewal payment, when an earlier email told me it would be done automatically. I started to worry as I did not look at the email until my insurance would have expired. I found out that the premium had been taken and my insurance was legal after all.”
