“They would have got 5 stars but the callback I registered for did not happen for 2 days. I fact I had to call them to get any response as I needed my van on the road ASAP. Other than this the call went smoothly and the insurance was sorted out to my satisfaction.”

“Very straight forward on-line application, and price has dropped between 1st and 2nd year unlike some insurers who put the price up each year in the hope that most people don't notice or are to lazy to go looking for a cheaper price.”

“I have recently renewed my car insurance policy and have them very helpful. One flaw in the service that has happened both times I have taken out a policy is they have been unable to take the first months payment then send emails, texts and post to contact immediately from autonet and the partners close brothers and still send texts and mail even though I contacted and paid the first installment as soon as I was initially contacted both times which in annoying”

“The only problem i have encountered was when i was asked to complete an online key code for my documents to be sent to me, the code never did come through on my mobile even after numerals goes and also after speaking to a phone consultant, a bit worrying at the time!”
