“I had occasion to revise the policy when I had to renew it and the staff members I spoke to over the phone were very friendly and helpful. No mad rush to go through the various bits and pieces - they took it at my pace. In a time when it is rare to get a human being to speak to, it was a pleasant change. A 5 star service.”

“Good price. Once bought, I found the same insurance from Autonet (same company) for fractionally cheaper. I was offered to cancel my new policy and buy the cheaper (but same) policy. After discussion £25 was waived for me to have the cheaper policy, however it seems by that point too much trouble.”

“Great service all round, renewal letter received with an additional discount if applied online. Renewal process online was easy to follow, applied additional discount. All documentation emailed and was pain free. Also the insurance policy itself was a good price and fits my needs. Will be using again.”

“Rang up to amend our renewal policy and was then quoted a lower price. The lady was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. This is our third year with Autonet Insurance and they are very competitive prices, so much so that I am happy to stay with them. She made it very easy to renew and I would recommend them. The paperwork was received a few days later.”
