“I tried to renew our house/building insurance on-line as they were offering a £5 discount. Unfortunately there was a problem with the website but when I rang, the phone was answered promptly ------ no 30 minutes of listening to horrendous music I am pleased to say ---- the member of staff was courteous and helpful and gave me the £5 discount. A fair price and excellent customer service.”

“Having changed cars I tried to swap my new car onto my existing insurance but my insurer wanted to double my premium, having already done a comparison search earlier I mentioned I could get it for around £23 monthly, lowest they could offer was £30. Hence I chose Autonet over a few of the others in the same price zone as the cover seemed more extensive.”

“Autonet made my renewal simple procedure, as I was happy with my renewal quote, I simply went out, got drunk and let it roll over in the morning without spending hours looking for a new provider the next day with a hang over, so thank you Autonet for a great night out ;) thumbs up from me.”
