“Contacted Autonet via Go compare. One telephone call from Autonet to check a few points ; plus a form form from Credit Company to sign re monthly Direct Debit.All was completed quickly and easily - and I had saved over £500 !!”

“The Process was very simple from the Autonet website. I filled in the relevant fields and within seconds I had a quote. It was by far the best quote I had seen when looking for new insurance and included legal cover, a low excess and all of the other components that I would hope for in a comprehensive insurance policy. Other insurers were quoting more than Autonet and did not include legal cover - so I think I got a really good deal!”

“So far so good! Bought this car insurance on line and found it very easy. Rang the company to check a date problem with a declared previous claim and the young lady could not have been more helpful. Am still just a little worried that I have not been asked for any proof of my existing no claims discount but assume all this is now held on line.”

Hi Sue, Thank you very much for your comments and letting us know that you are pleased with the service that you have received from Autonet. In terms of No Claims bonus, these are not kept online in a central database yet. Some of the insurers that we work with request them at the time of inception, whereas others would request them in the event of a claim. I have looked at your file and can see that a letter has been sent via email today to request a copy of your No Claims Bonus. If we can be of any further assistance, please let us know. “Spke to auto net after being with them a year ,I had got a better quote for my renewal ,they spoke to me understood my problem and assured me they would look at it & come back -within half an hour they had matched my cheaper quote and we were all sorted again for another year -Fab-u-Lou's service ????????????????????????”

“I was speaking to a young man who was very helpful in me deciding what I needed to insure buildings and contents. I explained at first that my husband did everything such as insurance but because he left me I now had to do this myself although I had no idea about insurance. The young man was kind and courteous too, thank you again and well done young man. P.S. As a Man City fan I didn't mind at all that he supported Stoke City!”
