“Happy with the online quote. Unhappy with the blunt and uninthusiatic advisor I called to confirm the quote who wanted me to then pay £15 for him to read out what I had already set up online. I’ll stick to booking through the site in future”

Hi, Thank you for getting in touch and I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the agent you spoke with and I will pass feedback on to their team manager. However we do charge a £15 fee to set the policy up via the call centre to cover the administration costs we would incur. Kind Regards Carly
