“Absolutely LOVE AV Now Fitness Sounds. My order was delivered the day after I placed my order. I was so surprised to receive it so quickly. I'm not very technical so I did need help getting it set up. They were patient and very helpful. “I love my mic! I’ve used the same mic for over two years, teaching 3-5 days a week. No issues, no problems. I actually get teased by other instructors at the gym for having the “fancy” mic because mine picks up sound so much better than many of theirs.”

“Because of the recent COVID concerns at our gym, every instructor was required to have their own headset for the sound system. I had short notice, but ordered and received the headset quickly. I even got a 10% discount. I would order equipment from AV Now again....”

“I am a fitness instructor. Music is an integral part of the exercise I teach. Fortunately we all have zoom, but unfortunately it is lousy for music. Making changes in the settings helps but not enough. AV Now Fitness Sound advised me on the best equipment for my needs, helped me set it up, and have helped me when I had questions. Great products! They work! My participants are happy and say both my voice and music are clear. And most importantly, unless you are a tech wizard, the tech support is FANTASTIC! They have great how to videos, written instructions, and with a quick phone call, live over the phone help.”

“I cannot say enough about the customer service. Brad & John, I thank you for you patience and continued support. Thanks to the Alesis system w/ external speakers I just got up and running, my zoom classes are a much better quality for the participants. I can use my headset which makes it so much easier for me. Now I am not tethered to the laptop, everyone can hear me and the music without conflict. Honestly I'd rather not go back to my facility at all.....couldn't use a headset there!!!!”

“I set up an AV system for my Zoom classes using components from AVNow. The Samsun microphone gave me trouble after only one month. AVNow replaced it - no questions asked. After another 3 weeks, the replacement mic also gave me trouble (static, dropping the sound). Even though it was past the 30 day guarantee period they gave me a refund as long as I purchased another mic. (I upgraded to AudioFitness - it's working great!) Their customer service has been stellar. They were willing to work with me to make me happy. I received all of my shipments in less than a week.”

“I am a newish yoga teacher at age 57. Not a tech guru. But I wanted to be able to give my students great sound - music and voice - over Zoom. I read a lot - and talked to one of AV's competitors. Even bought some stuff. Then I found AVNow's Fitness solutions and "how to" videos". Super fantastic. They have helped me set up for broadcasting from home - and another set up when traveling. Even how to optimize music over Zoom. They just rock!”
