“ Never ever order of here again the returns policy is absolutely shocking sent a qr code but can't access it sure this is on purpose then had to pay 2.50 processing fee 5.95 return fee plus delivery stay away from this company ”

“ Ordered 2 dresses for a wedding which started delivery in 5 working days but they arrived on the 6th day so was too late for the wedding. I returned both dresses in 1 small parcel and was charged for each item so it cost me £12 to return!!! Disgraceful!! And why charge per item and not per parcel?? ”

“ I ordered a dress for a wedding and it was too big. Trying to return this they want to charge £5.95 after paying £3.95 for delivery that’s cost me £10 just to try on a dress. Ive never had to pay delivery and return fee on anything I’ve preferred before. Even if you arrange your own return they still charge you £2.50 for the privilege of returning. Avoid avoid avoid this company at all costs. ”
