“ Awful company. I returned items but now told I pressed the gift card option on their returns page. I did not. Nothing fitted correctly at one item. Had to pay to return others and now I’m stuck with a £200 credit note (not even received that) and customer service sticking to their ‘policy’. I would not have checked the gift card box as I don’t want to order ANYTHING again from these people. Order number: 2345185 ”

“ Terrible customer service, after returning some items I mistakenly ticked the wrong box & selected the gift card option. Customer service have refused to refund to the original payment method despite 3 emails requesting. Don't use them there are better retailers forever womens fashion such as pretty little thing. ”
