i BOUGHT A SIROCCO INGNITE ROYAL BLACK MANUAL CONTROL INSET GAS FIRE, I WOULD ADVISE NOT TO BUY THIS FIRE, YOU HAVE GREAT DIFFICULTY TURNING THE FIRE ON, BECAUSE YOU CAN NOT GET YOUR FINGERS DOWN THE SIDE OF THE FIRE TO REACH THE CONTROL, YOU HAVE TO TAKE THE FRONT OF THE FIRE OF, WHEN YOU DO TURN IT ON, IT IS A WASTE OF TIME BECAUSE THE HEAT OUTPUT IS TERRIBLE, WHEN YOU COMPLAIN TO B&Q THEY JUST SAY, TAKE THE FIRE OF THE WALL AND WE WILL GIVE YOU A REFUND, THAT DOESN,T HELP WHEN YOU HAVE TO PAY A GAS FITTER TO TAKE THE FIRE OUT, AFTER PAYING FOR IT TO BE INSTALLED AND ALSO PAY A BUILDER TO MAKE A HOLE FOR THE FIRE TO FIT.I HAVE BEEN INTOUCH WITH THE MANUFACTURER BUT NO HELP FROM THEM.

Worst customer service at the coatbridge store. The woman Eleanor who is at the paint part in the store was extremely unhelpful and very unfriendly to say the least. Don't want to go back after this experience. Shocking! If she can't be bothered with her job then don't be!

Chelmsford store is a disgrace with very unhelpful management team and the shop assistant on till 3 this morning (8/12/18) should be sacked!!! The only positive thing there today was Ryan who was working outside netting the Christmas trees!!

Ordered bath and toilet from B&Q online, they took the £750 that day but failed to deliver or contact me within the promised 24 hours. It now transpires that B&Q blame Ideal Standard for the poor customer service. So much for customer satisfaction!!!! I will have to contact Ideal Standard and tell the B&Q think they are a poor customer focused organisation. No idea when my bath and toilet will arrive if ever !!!!!!

Staff following me around, Talking about me on their radios, All I was doing was trying to choose some stuff to fit out my bathroom, I’m 55 years old, was with my wife and not really dressed has a tramp, and don’t think I look like a down and out druggy. Longwell Green I’m Bristol the staff should be ashamed of themselves.

Despicable service. I bought a bedroom door online on the 2nd of December and the delivery was due today and it didnt turn up. I would look over it if my order was something diminutive but it is a bedroom door and it is winter.

One of the worst place to buy furnitures from all chinnese besides what we orderd wasnt recived completely messed up the whole order wardropes one size and tge doors different hangers and hanging rails never recived have been charged extra and completely disaster and a waste of time

My kitchen was ordered on 6 September 2018 for delivery on 17th November for the fitter to start fitting the kitchen on 19 Nov. When I ordered it everything was in stock. Day before delivery I had a call confirming delivery but was told the sink I ordered was out of stock and would be available on 9th December, I then had to shop round to find another sink. One of the packages was damaged and was also the wrong colour, this also could not be delivered until sometime in December, I had to search B&Q store to find a replacement and go and collect it myself. When the fitter started he found that a breakfast bar we had ordered and cost £187 was missing and again a 5 week wait, there was not enough up stand delivered resulting another search around B&Q stores. It seem that once they have your money they couldn’t care less about you. I never ever recommend or not recommend anything as it’s normally a personal choice but I make an exception the is time NEVER EVER use this company.

Was looking for a particular item in hardware at Kirkcaldy store. Tannoy message sent out. Waited 15 minutes. No one came! Awful lack of courtesy and service.

Your communication between delivery and customer is appalling .i ordered a new kitchen ,it arrived in bits and pieces. My initial complaint was assigned to a specific customer advisor who promised to oversee my account ,sadly not.i don't think you give a monkeys once you've got the order. It cost me 3 days of my holiday entitlement from work ,which were wasted by your incompetence.

Your organisation is the worst I have ever experienced. You out source work to self employed muppets who havnt got a clue. They just want to get the job done as quickly as possible. They are messy, late and the quality of work is extremely poor!

I bought 5 plants that were in clearance sale half price. price label said'5 for £20 or £6 each. According to your member of staff, half price only relates to the single price. He wanted to charge me £15 and not £10. His attitude was....take it or leave it. so i left it, Customer service , he didn't know the meaning of the words and nor does b&q. unhappy customer!!!!!!!!

Changed delivery date without notice customer service rude still not received order. Never again. I have lost a days pay for nothing. Items are in store but you won't let me change to click and collect. Refused to put me through to the manager uncaring and rude

Purchased a Link plastic cupboard for £40 and it is a load of rubbish. The instructions are inadequate, pieces don’t fit and when you apply force they split! Having eventually got it all together the doors don’t shut and the shelves feel like they will collapse. Don’t waste your money and come on B & Q read the reviews and take this off sale please to save anyone else wasting £40! Expect better products as a Diamond member.

I went to b&q branch in honeypot lane to exchange one of my items but at the costumer service desk the lady called Baharti was very aggressive and rude however I have tried my best because of the place that I’m working I can cope with different groups of people but this person is unbelievable and I’ve found that branch with lake of costumer service👎

I had a bathroom installed by the bq unfit,sorry homefit,the sink never emptied properly and attempts to get itk fixed failed eventually told they ate closing so much for my guarantee was told to artange my own plumber and pay him then get a refund from b q trouble I'd they don't do cash refund you have to wait for a cheque it'd the last time I deal them

Dreadful service..promised my fire in a week. So made arrangements for wooden floor to be fitted at same time new skirting board. .took over 3 weeks for it to come.with no apologies nothing..wrote a 2 page letter to cheltenham manager 3 weeks ago.never had a reply..gave me wrong time for delivery also..they don't care about there customers.
