Ordered a kitchen today from Stockport, was very impressed with jasmin on sales, she took the time to explain everything to me, shown me in store what I’m getting on the deal, very competent person! Nice to see a young person be so Hands on! Well done Jasmin !! Shaun Ellis

Ordered and paid in cash for a kitchen in Jan/Feb 2022 Kitchen didn't arrive on time, when it did it was all wrong. Had to reorder the splash back and other stuff. Customer service stinks, attempted on several occasions to speak to the manager and told in meetings. Maybe if they stepped out onto the floor to see what a shambles they are managing they may have empathy for the customer. Good customer service should have great communication some one who cares to listen, empathy and knowledge. To be accountable take ownership. Not B&Q - a disgrace, absolutely awful customer service would never recommend.

While at the store in Parkhead Retail Park I found young Daniel who was working at the flooring section very helpful and went over and above out of his way to help me thank you Daniel

I purchased a sink few years ago but has cracked still had my receipt Phoned store spoke to Christine in showrooms explained what happened she was so helpful and swapped it over no bother, Fantastic Customer Service From Christine

Great customer service from Mick today at B&Q Washington. Lovely manner, knowledgeable, helpful, and so efficient. Thanks Mick for helping us work out how many packs of flooring we needed too. And reminding us that the order qualified for the free delivery service .

Fantastic customer service from the B&Q staff at the Newbury branch. Welcomed at the door and every member of staff acknowledge us and were friendly, professional and knowledgable. Got the same level of service when we had to exchange something and had brilliant customer care from a lovely guy named Ryan. All of the staff were an example of five star service customer and are clearly well motivated and enjoying their jobs. Brilliant.

I went to shop in Watford a d was served by a young lady called nazneen. I explained that I was in need of some bathroom shower rail holder and also some plugs. She very kindly took me to the aisles. It makes me very happy to see young people who are so polite and helpful. Well done! I was just a bit sad when I got to the tills to find out that seating for the staff had been removed or wasnt available anymore. I felt this is ver harsh on the wellbeing of the staff when most retail places have seating.i would urge the managers to consider this suggestion. Happy and healthy staff will serve public better than tired staff. Thank you.

I needed help with my garden fence paint and a member of staff(Pam) who works in the Imperial Park, Bristol quickly checked to see availability and got me the colour I needed. She could have taken the easy way out and say. "non in stock". That is the kind of service one would expect from an assistant. Thanks Pam. for checking. My fence looks amazing!

Good range to choose from online but very clunky website - positively 20th century. I did not know which day it was likely to come until after I had paid. There was also no option to pay more for faster delivery. They're missing a trick here - they could have made more money out of me!

Spent the morning phoning B&Q sent round the houses time and time again, no one seamed to know what they were doing, then I was very lucky and a young lady called Jodie in the Torquay branch picked up the phone, she was so helpful it was a delight to find someone who not only knew what she was doing but took the time to look for what I needed, got it checked, then phoned me back to tell me that it was there waiting for me, thank you Jodie for your fantastic customer service, well done,

Friday.14th August. Mansfield store 7.15 am Was served by a lovely young lady called Amba.she was so polite and helped me with my purchase. Also lady ,I think a supervisor called Tracey. Both very helpful. Hope the manager passes on my Thanks. . Customer care goes a long way. Thank you ladies.

I have been a very satisfied customer in B&Q store in Newry for a number of years. What makes this store the best is .. the staff, efficient, friendly so helpful and they always go that extra mile to help, Particulary Marie and J.P There is certainly no other B&Q store that have staff like them they are the best advertisement your store can have . Well done to them and "Thank you" .

Queued for 10 mins to get on website, ordered for delivery, given delivery date for today, first day after bank holiday weekend. Goods delivered contactless by a friendly driver 9am, faultless. The issues with Click and Collect etc. are not the fault of the B & Q staff, but Kingfisher group as a whole, who seemed to want to just shut up shop and let the government pay their staff furlough, but were scuppered when they were listed as essential retail.

my wife and myself went to the longwall green Bristol store on friday06april to buy wallpaper. but not enough rolls of our chosen design was available so "becky"(bless her heart) offered to have our require amount of paper to our design requirements delivered to our door asap with NO charge. I am unable to praise her high enough as she went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we had the correct amount of our desired wallpaper thankyou very much becky

I was assisted by a guy called Kai. I wanted to get a bolt for a door knob. He was extremely helpful. Didnt know there's so much to know about bolts.

Wonderful knowledgeable staff in the Sudbury store in Suffolk could not fault the shopping experience and could not do enough for you. Everybody was more than helpful whoever was responsible for the new approach needs a pat on the back. Will certainly be going back for future purchases.

We have just spent an hour or more in the kitchen planning department of the Chelmsford with a young man called Dan. What a lovely young man. Couldn't do enough to help us and was very patient when sorting our kitchen out. A credit to your store.
