I needed some help today. A member of staff called Joseph from Chiswick store advised me on the best way to do things and what products I needed for the job a very knowledgable person on everything electrical and plumbing he was also helping about four other people at the same time advising them best products to use very impressed with the service he provided

Yes, they DO SEEM expensive when compared with other outlets, but these are getting very thin on the ground these days. If you want bargains, why not wait until they offer 3 for 2 or similar? Ive found them helpful and dont forget - you get what you pay for these days. Its a pity they have stopped their OAP discount.

I needed to return a faulty interior door and was greatly helped to get a replacement as well as reimbursement for the additional charge for hanging it from Susan at the Boston store. She not only took an interest in the issue but also maintained regular contact to give me updates. I don't think I would have been able to things sorted out had it not been for her help. Many thanks!

Went into the kingsgate store in East Kilbride to buy a kitchen and from start to finish we were really happy with the service .we first dealt with Joseph and Claire who were a great help this was our first visit .the second time we were helped by Keven and Sophie p ,they all went the extra mile to make our buying trip a really easy time .we also spoke to Reece about buying a new exterior door he was really great .Paul the manager seemed to deal with everyone with ease as well as us so thanks guys for all your help .

I wanted to buy an outside light with PIR. I looked at the different products for some time, then managed to pick up one without a PIR and paid for it. Realised my mistake when I arrived home. Back at store I was given my refund and then bought a £19 light with PIR. Spent 2 hours fitting up. The adjusters are not very good. I could not get the light to stay on for less than 5 minutes. However, it would switch off after 5 mins. Came down at 5am and the light was on. I thought it would switch off soon but no, it was still shining away at 6am. I did a manual swith-off. The light is very good but the electronics must be very, very poor quality. I will use ebay next time.

I have just fitted a new bq kitcken and it's fine . I have one issue with the beko double oven and the gap at the top in the over housing unit. I don't understand how this standard unit is not comptable with a beko bouble oven.

I bought several plants from the clearance section yesterday afternoon from B&Q store in Segens Worth in Fareham, including few full price plants and really please with Kate who served me at the Check out with her professional attitude by being polite, smiled and was approachable, helpful, kind and most obliging, unlike Jasmine in the garden section, she was unapproachable, grumpy and unhelpful when I asked about one of the plants and as if she did not want to be here! The high score is for Kate, and thumb down for Jasmine!

Used the Derby branch to purchase and have a few sheets if 18mm mdf cut into quite a number of pieces. Went well with the assistant taking particular care to cut to precise dimensions. Good job!

I visited the garden centre of Culverhouse across store today. Was delighted by the support offered by Keith. Nothing was too much trouble. He assisted me in lifting bags of top soil into my boot and covered my shrubs and trees so that would not tip over in my boot. Unfortunately , I lost a large hoop gold earring during my visit. As I reported to the customer pick up point. Leah was very helpful and took my details and said that she would contact me in the morning when the cleaners had been to see if anything had been found.

Ordered new bathroom stuff and it came when arranged. When there was a problem with the new shower being too large for the space B&Q arranged a complete refund without fuss. I could have had the delivery sooner but chose a longer timescale.

I went to Bexhill store today and was very impressed by the help I got from one of the members of your staff called Tim. He was friendly and very helpful. The person at the cash till was also helpful in advising me I could give feedback online.

Went for Christmas decorations spoilt for choice .Maggie (mrs Christmas ) was brilliant in helping us with lights, decorations. So much fun ....🎅🎅

While visiting the Gloucester branch at St Oswald's, I was looking for an 'obscure' attachment for one of my power tools, but had no idea if one actually existed. One of the part-time 'floor walkers' (named Chris) was extremely helpful and understood exactly what I was looking for. He used his i pad to locate the part I needed, to show me what it looked like and although it wasn't in store, I can now move on. Thank you Chris.

I returned a roll of wallpaper, no receipt and couldnt remember when it was purchased. Very nice lady looked up my post code and card so I was able to get a credit note. Which I spent there and then. This was Killingbeck store last Thursday

Served by lady called Bash.Customer service was absolutely AMAZING. Was looking for a grey paint for outside slabs,bash was just so helpful, Nothing seemed to much trouble. There should be members of staff like Bash in every store.

My local store in Huddersfield used to be very busy on Wednesdays with elderly people making purchasers with a discount of 10 per cent. Now that this perk has been removed the store is very quiet. Surely B and Q were gaining with this arrangement? Its Wickes from now on.
