I always use them to mix the exact colour paint I need & use their experts to decide on more complicated purchases like fitted kitchen units & what goes where etc. They are always helpful & friendly, the bigger branches have a greater choice of products & number of staff to help.

I was enqiring about there finance options and buy now pay later plans and was a little disappointed how little knowledge one of the workers had as he had to go off and speak to a manager i think maybe all staff should be fully informed and aware of the options they offer.. seen as they do work there after all

I've ordered some gardens furniture , I was given a date for delivery and the night. The night before I've revived a tex message to say my delivery will be there by 930 am . I'm due to be at work @830 on the day I called bbq warehouse and explained my situations to a member staff . He told me he will find out and let me know . Within 10 mins I've received a phoncall from him to say , he has spoken to the delivery man they have promised him that they will be at mine before 830am . At 8 am I've received my delivery I was. Wet happy with bbq and of course the member staff I've spoke to . Later on about half an hour ago the person from bbq called me to make sure I have received my delivery on time how good is that .

I recently purchased a kitchen from B&Q and wanted to say how impressed I was with the product and the customer service. Everything was delivered on time but there was a couple of faults. I rang them up and they were brilliant, I said how the knobs were the wrong colour and one unit was damaged and they were great at sorting it all out. They came and collected and dropped off the replacements at the same time. I always worry about ringing up customer services as sometimes they have a bit of an attitude and don't want to help you, but the guy was really helpful, understanding and wanted to fix things asap. Everyone makes mistakes and accidents happen in shipment, but it's the way companies deal with it is what matters to me. I would highly recommend B&Q kitchens and it looks a lot more expensive than what we paid. A very happy grateful customer.

Read today Easter Sunday on b and q bilston would be open from 10 o'clock till 4 o'clock, but on arriving it was closed.Why was it posted on web page it would be open we was not the only people to trust this imformation, who was responsible for putting this imformation on web page?

Customer service good. Timber very poor. I was wanting to buy PSE timber 144 mm. wide and ca. 18mm. thickness. Quality very poor for all lengths inspected either twisted, warped or split . I did buy but after the problems with cutting and fixing I would not buy B and Q timber again other than for very simple tasks. I also bought shelving board. This was also very poor quality : soft and splintered on cutting with handsaw . Also on cutting with a jig saw the board again splintered and the adhesive joint between 2 of the smaller timbers making up the joint failed. Other than for the simplest of jobs I would not buy timber from b and Q again.
