Don't trust this company just a bunch of liars. Waited for 3 different delivery dates for garden furniture. Every time I called complaints I was given a different reason, was always promised call backs but never received one. Lost 2.5 days work, have been offered £50 b&q voucher as compensation. What a joke. Still not got the goods aaaarrrrrr

In store staff were really helpful, great range. All perfect until the tills, and some crabby dinosaur lady with a bad attitude spoiled it all on the self serve checkouts. Very rude unnecessarily

prices and service OK, bit not as good as some other supliers. A good backup when needed

Can’t fault the checkout staff at Crewe, a young couple who helped us work out the quantity of flooring tiles we required. Sadly the tiles were of Spanish manufacture, they weren’t the cheapest or most expensive. However when our tilers came to lay the tiles in our new conservatory, they discovered that within the same batch the tiles were of different thicknesses and some were not even square. This of course gave them great problems when laying the tiles.

I couldn't get any help at all from anyone who works in B&Q Hartcliffe Bristol, I needed 2 shallow double socket box's and 2 double sockets the lady I asked was so rude and the man I asked said I could tell you where they are,. All I wanted was some help didn't know what I was looking for, it would be a good idea to train your staff, I spent 1,400 on a kitchen and had it delivered last week and the delivery men left me outside my property with 2 work tops which was 3 m , I ask what I was going to do because I couldn't carry them and they said who ever is doing your work get them to cut it and they just life me outside with them .

Placed an order 7th April delivery date 15th of April. Didn’t arrive, Here we are 5weeks and several request which have never been answered. What is the matter with this company they appear to want your order take your money “£630.00 in my case” and haven’t got the decency to reply to any request. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER B&Q Are no higher managers or directors seeing what is going on.

Well .....so unhappy with B&Q. Placed my order in store on 29th Feb for £500 of kitchen doors and cabinets and was given a delivery date of 9th April. Then received email on 3rd April telling me delivery would be delayed and they would email me with a new delivery date. And as of today 2nd May .... they haven't..... theres no way to contact them as customer services are not available ...and the response to the online form is a generic utterly useless message. Needless to say I am one hell of an unhappy customer!!!!!!! And they have got my money!!!!

B&q Southend on sea - Coronavirus period For the uninitiated, you queue outside as with other shops. Keep 2 m distance in store, with some aisles closed off. Only one way to check outs. Place your goods on floor in front of till that is available, then step back to the yellow line. If you have trolley, place trolley in front of til. Wait for tiller to scan items. Then step forward to pay contactless with card. Don’t know if there is limit to card payment, as I only bought a few inexpensive essentials.

Waited 1 hour to get onto web site and then item not available in any store within 50 miles. Only paint. Wasted 1 hour. Why don't allow to look and then wait at checkout. Someone needs to have some logical thought

Disgusted that B&Q remains open during pandemic. B&Q is not an essential service. You are putting staff and customers at risk. Terrible that you told staff who need to isolate because of vulnerabilities they will not be paid!! Never going to purchase from B&Q again!!!!

Another chain that used to be good enough for hardwares but standards are slipping, electric tool quality not as good as it used to be but OK for short term use I guess they just want to keep the cycle going for buying and selling,, wood supplies are good though [stanmore B&Q]

Ordered kitchen cabinet doors on line had to wait for 14 days for them to be delivered. When they arrived the order was not correct 2 doors incorrect size and type, so phoned customer service and was told someone would be in touch. Waited until 6pm (all day) and decided to phone local store, they were very helpful and resolved my problem. Customer service were useless didn't seem to care, still waiting for my promised call back. Lesson learned, in future shop elsewhere. My thanks to Russ at the Bognor Regis store who sorted my problem, he was very helpful and appeared to be the only person from B&Q who wanted to give customer service

Great service at Havant B&Q, nice friendly staff and a lovely cafe. The only thing that ruins it for me is the parking. The inconsiderate parking is by B&Q staff who park over two spaces, this shows a district lack of self discipline and is a poor reflection on the company. This morning there was three ‘staff’ cars incorrectly parked, two by the smoking area and one near the entrance to the main car park. Perhaps you need to display car parking rules or teach your staff how to park and be more considerate to customers.
