Kamila at the basildon branch was so helpful and professional in designing our bathroom…when all products were ordered came in three deliveries ,all on time and correct…using kamila at basildon saved us a great deal of money compared to bathroom company quotes…..Dave amber the fitter kamila recommended was fantastic..bathroom looks superb.

Today we purchased tiles from B &Q in Bradford Euroway Estate. We asked for help loading on to the cart and in to the car. A young lad Mo was assigned for the job. This young man is an asset to your company. Excellent customer service was provided by him he was a very pleasant young man.

Placed one order. Received confirmation of two delivery dates. Second delivery did not arrive. Received three further dates by text and when I called. Items never did arrive so had to request a refund. Also had to phone B and Q four times before my call was answered. B and Q appear to be in melt down.

Sally-Anne Tyson in Bristol branch over imperial was literally so helpful and answered any question we had. She helped design our bathroom and Made it so much easier so us. Thank you so much.

Oh my goodness if only every company had a josh that was employed , I visited the nursling Southampton B &Q I had quite a large order with many questions I was directed to the trade counter to see a young man named Josh, he was so helpful , had a lot of knowledge and spent time to make sure the store had met all my requirements, he made my diy shopping experience very easy and enjoyable. josh colleagues were also very helpful . A huge thank you B&Q and to your amazing staff, if only every company had staff like these young men (outstanding) thank you Josh

We ordered bathroom fixtures and fittings from the Derby store served by Harmy. We were totally impressed with her. Some of the items we had chosen were unavailable so she took time to find alternatives and went off double checking these were available. We were choosing for my elderly Mother so we were dithering a little, at no point did Harmy come across as impatient or trying to rush us. Very friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you.

I would like to say Thank you to Mark who works on your shop floor at Cortonwood, Barnsley store. As my Mum had just moved house and needed to purchase everything new for a new home including bathroom, fire and surround, oven and much more Mark was extra helpful and a credit to your company. I cannot explain how good B&Q have been from service in store to everything been delivered on time.

Naver shop at b&a again I ordered my appliances for new house to be delivered to my son house . Once it got near delivery date I did what the store advised and called customer services to rearrange delivery date and new address to be told by 3 different customer service people that the warehouse ....cant be bothered to answer the phones .twice they emailed them to tell them not to deliver to that address on that day but to call me on the 23rd September only for them to ignore and try and deliver yo my new house only to find the house empty so the delivery driver decided to break the law and deliver to an address which was nit agreed with us tgd customer .on trying to make a complaint by email for it to be investigated I have dealth with 3 different people who even after I have shown them the invoice REFUSE to believe I am the customer absolutely ridicules so everybody lisen up if you want your delivery delivered to the wrong address then go shop at b&q because that's all they are good for

I wanted to buy Ronseal fence paint. I live in Falkirk, they had none, so I asked the young lass at the till to check the stock. She was pleasant and told me Cumbernauld had 22 Tins and Stirling had 5. My husband and I went to Cumbernauld, from Falkirk it is closer. On our arrival young gent told us aisle 5, could not find it, we then asked 2 young girls who again said aisle 5, we told them it wasn't there. The young lass went looking for us to find out that it had been put on a high shelve and there was no forklift driver to get it down for us, we were told it would be 2 days before we would be able to have it. Staff were nice. I was very unhappy that I had travelled so far to find out that I could not buy it. 22 tins in store but not for sale, it really does not say much for B n Q that their staff tell Cumbernauld has 22 in stock, and are happy to advise you to travel there but no way for them to know it is not actually for sale. Your system is broken. Very disappointed

We arrived to pick to up the click and collect item the member of staff was standing around doing nothing had to go and pick our items with hesitation in her breath with a huge trolley that wasn’t needed for 3 item. She was very patronising and sarcastic and always calling us darling which we didn’t like at all no need for this very rude!!! Also she called us sweetheart which we didn’t like there was no please or thank you she really didn’t wish to help us at all was very lazy lady in her 50s dark hair tied up will not be coming here again we were treated like we were criminals as we didn’t have ID as we had a bank card connected to the account she said I’ll let it slide this time! How dare she we always do things the right way spend hundreds of pounds here and we were treated very disrespectfully!!

I purchased some laminate flooring few weeks ago for BnQ Dover and one staff (Steve) was so helpful, I had no idea what I was doing, 1st time laying flooring, he helped me to choose best quality to value woods first and then took me through the tools I need to lay them, showed me helpful videos which BnQ already produced, I have finished only one room so far but getting a lot of praise :) Thanks to Steve again, he was a proper mentor to me !

I dont know why Milton Keynes B&Q employed and pay the girls they work at Kitchen and Bathroom advisory section. They just chit chatting and not at all responding to any of customers question at site. I approached one girl and she said I am gonna make a call and please go to another girlshe sit next to her. The second girl didnt like I interrupted her chit chat with her next collogue. They just wanted to sit infront of their computer and do nothing and get payed. Total disgrace for the Milton keygens B&Q. All other staff were very nice and helpful. I request B&Q management that If you ignore this, all your good will be damaged by those girls pretending they are advising customers in Kitchen and Bathroom section.

Yesterday 28/08 in the morning around 09:30I went to B&Q in Enfield to buy some materials, I was so lucky that I came a cross Mr Andrew. He was so helpful I never expirance this type of help . He advised me what is best for my needs and also give some tips . I wish all customer advisers are like Mr Andrew

Great customer service from Mick today at B&Q Washington. Lovely manner, knowledgeable, helpful, and so efficient. Thanks Mick for helping us work out how many packs of flooring we needed too. And reminding us that the order qualified for the free delivery service .

Rip off. The 20% off on interior is only for selected items. Small section of paint and a small selection of curtains. Nothing else.

I had no help from B&Q in Rhyl and had to travel to the Llandudno store. What a huge difference. Bob and fash were really helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help me with my laminated flooring and ensured Chester had the goods and Fash ordered them and helped me work out how much I needed. So its full marks to two extremely great staff members. Bob and fash and the helpful lady on the till . I came away not believing the difference in the treatment I received compared to Rhyl. Thankyou.

Refund or credit note.... utter rubbish. Refused a credit note on goods that are b and q own brand! Customer service staff who think it’s funny to be rude and arrogant! After waiting 15 minutes to be seen by lady at Torquay customer services she said she would only give me 20 minutes max to deal with a refund. Utter disgrace and your company will now lose the £15k I spend annually on project materials! Good riddance b and q.

The B&Q member of staff at culverhouse in Cardiff Keith- deserves a special mention for his helpfulness . He explained/demonstrated the patio set which we wanted to buy , how to build etc and then helped us out of the store and load into our car . An absolute credit to B&Q.
