“The item was slightly cheaper due to the damaged packaging. When we received we noticed the sticker and logo were backwards, which was a bit strange. I contacted the seller and they agreed to issue a further 10% discount. Very happy with the overall service provided. Would recommend.”

“The stair gate is perfect height and the catflap is ideal, especially for older cat who no longer has to jump over a gate. The delivery was quick and I'm very pleased with the price, honestly thought it would have cost more, excellent value and service”

“I ordered a safety playpen for my 6 month old. As soon as I opened the box I saw the playpen had rust, scratches and black marks. I emailed them straight away but got no response for 2 days. I then had to call and send photos before they would arrange collection. A week after collection i still did not have my refund. It was only done after I chased them. Despite being a damaged product they would not refund the original delivery charge as I had requested next day delivery. Being a company dealing with baby products you would expect a much higher quality control. Im now left paying delivery for a item I needed urgently never got to use . I would never use this company again.”

“Very well organised company and good prices! Clear communication, fast shipment, well packed item, great aftercare! We ordered the binatone sensors with the Motorola monitor/camera. It already done what it supposed to do, alerted us when our little man leaped a few breaths (making my husband jump like a gazelle)”

“I bought safety guards for our kitchen cabinets from Baby Security via Tesco Direct. No size restrictions were listed on the site. Upon receipt of the product I tried them and they didn't fit our kitchen cabinets (which are very standard). However, Baby Security would not refund the product as it had been opened.”
