“I can't give a bad review but unfortunately I ordered this and then decided to get my son a different bed instead rendering this useless. I've tried to ask to return but they won't accept as a few days out the return policy.. Rules obviously can't possibly be broken. Yes, I know, it's outside the dates so my fault but you know, a little discretionary flexibility never hurt. But I can't leave a great review on a £30 waste of money now..”

“I have been constantly contacted by this company to review them which is quite ironic as when I contacted them following a faulty purchase they failed to respond to me!! I bought a Ewan the sheep which stopped working a week after use so I contacted the company to see if they could help......I am still awaiting a response 5 months later. I ended up purchasing another sheep from John Lewis.....at least they will address any faults.”

“I bought a baby gates, and extension side panel, not for a toddler, but for a puppy, to stop it going up stairs and getting stuck, when I was out of the house. It was ideal for this purpose, being easily removable, since it was only required for a short time. This product is good value, and when the puppy does not require it any more, it is available for use when my grandson comes to visit.”

“I ordered through Tesco direct, the company they used didn't deliver the item,didn't let me know they didn't have the item until I contacted Tesco and they then delivered the wrong one! Tesco re-ordered via BabySecurity and my item was here within two days - excellent service, I don't know why Tesco didn't just use them in the first place!”

“Would not reimburse money when they could not replace faulty product. Only offered store credit which was insufficient to replace product. Took more than EIGHTEEN month to resolve.”
