“We bought a Chuggington train track. It was just as described, cheaper than anywhere else and arrived promptly. We are very happy with the purchase and the service provided by Baby Security and would gladly recommend to others!”

“They didn't have the item I purchased in their website and they decided to send something else without communicating it to me.. When I told them I had received the wrong item they told me they should have charge me more for the one they sent (which I didnt want)...”

“The person I spoke to on the phone in customer services was pleasant, no issues getting through. The despatch was very swift and would have been with me within 2 days, which is excellent, had the courier Hermes, not delivered the item properly and returned it to the depot! I called BabySecurity again and they very promptly sorted this out. Although the courier then took their sweet time the following day. No issues with the website. Just the the courier.”

“We bought two baby monitors from them, one of which was faulty, the other was not as described. Their returns policy says that they will not accept returns without first agreeing a Returns Authorisation Number. We requested such a number from them within the 14 days stipulated on their website but, 2 months later, we still haven't had a Returns Authorisation Number for them. They are no longer responding to our emails. Unacceptable service, and it looks from other on-line reviews as if other people have had similar experiences. We're stuck with two expensive baby monitors that we don't want. For reference, our order number was 213251”
