Hi Nicole, I am so sorry you have not received your order yet. I did check your tracking and it says it is due to deliver today. “I placed the order on 12-2, I didn’t receive a shipment notification until 12-9, it’s scheduled for delivery on 12-16. I’m pretty sure I paid extra for upgraded shipping, I can’t remember anymore. Not impressed with the effort placed to get this bed to me. It had better be good.”

“I have used Back on Track products for my three Labradors for many years....I am extremely pleased with the quality of the products, the mesh therapeutic coat, the cool coat, and the heavier coat. I noticed a significance difference when my one Labrador was injured, resulting in a spinal bleed. I used the bed liner and the bed as well for her during that time. She is one who does not like any coat, harness on her but she actually put her head down, wanting me to put the coat on.....I am a firm believer in the "magic" of all the Back on Track products.....Thank you....”

“Encountered problems and a long wait to get my order. Having paid for 2 day Fed Ex delivery didn’t receive product until I had several back and forth emails with Back on Track. Customer service eventually made good and resent out another order. It seems it is better to order Back on Track products from other retailers rather than from the company directly from their website. Very disappointing customer service experience”

“Honestly I am amazed on the differences I noticed after just one use! I could feel the difference especially in the legs it warmed them up just like it says it does! And took the swelling considerably down! 100/10 recommend I have since bought the whole set and will be buying more soon!!!”

“I used the elbow sleeve and the wrist support to help with some swelling in my arm and hand and they worked wonderfully to reduce the swelling. All of your products I’ve used, for both people and horses have been five stars. Thank you.”
