“Wanted to order the women’s v neck short sleeve in black but has been on back order for months. Finally had to settle for a gift card! Not happy couldn’t get the product to wrap”

“Love love love the BOT products. I bought one saddle pad to try on my gelding who tends to be very tight in his back and he went so well that I have purchased more. He already has a stable sheet and stable blanket from BOT and will slowly switch him over to whatever products I can get for him. I also use the products for myself and feel better everything I wear the clothing”

“Love this product. The socks keep my feet warm, the ankle and calf brace are extremely more comfortable to wear especially compared to compression socks and relive the swelling in my leg.”

“Your customer service team on line and in person are amazing!! I can’t say enough great things about them. Your manager from Equine Affair needs to be sent to training for compassion and customer service etiquette. I informed your online help of the horrible things I heard and saw from him. His response was to go on the defensive and tell me I was wrong. I was not the only person there that heard what he said and took it the same way. His response should have been an apology not a defense. This is truly unacceptable behavior of a manager of such a great company. If anyone higher than him would like to see the email chain please reach out. I showed people who were with me that day and they agreed he was horrible to his workers and the people shopping there.”

“I am amazed at the customer service responsiveness and going above and beyond to meet my needs. Prior to ordering a coat for my border collie, I waited less than a few hours to get feedback on the probable size and type of coat for my dog. And when I needed to return a coat due to sizing the responsiveness, courteous customer service and return process went above and beyond my expectations. The quality of the coat and of the crate pad and durability are fabulous I have not had time to comment on the ability of the coat to maintain my dogs’, muscle warmth at agility trials, but from all the experience, my friends have had I am sure I will have similar great results”

“I have used the back on track saddle pad and sports medicine boots; however, the product I love is the mesh dog coat. It is one of the tools that helped my beagle though intervertebral disc disease. The coats also are my boxers magic calm down coat. I put the coat on and my boxer goes from pacing the room to laying down sleeping in a few minutes. My family has gone as far as to say the dog is not allowed in their house without his magic coat on.”

“Great products and great customer service! I have been a fan of the saddle pads and sheets for years but just started using the exercise boots as my horse had to rehab an injury and they have been fanastic! And when I had an issue, customer service was quick to help!”
