“Heard about the company from my wife that was at a conference/board meeting she was at. She got a sample of the socks. Looked into the company and was impressed. This was the same time I was starting my fitness journey. I needed something for my legs and purchased the Physio Calf Brace. It was shipped immediately and received within a couple days. I dont run/walk without these and the product has helped me achieve my goals.”

“I was thrilled to find this coat for my Schipperke who has multiple health issues. The coat keeps his joints warm, and has helped improve his mobility as a result. I have looked for years to find a replacement similar to one I purchased 15 years ago and wow the Back on Track coat is a hundred times better. The product is great and customer service incredible.”

“I did not measure my dog correctly and so I had to return the current coat and get a refund to get a new one? The customer service rep was awesome, getting back to me very quickly, and assisting me to measure him correctly! Shipping was very quick on both items, and it was easy to send it back! Love the product!”

“I have been waiting for the new lines of jackets to be released for probably 2 years now. I liked the old version but I did not like how you had to scrunch it up if they had to go #2. The new style is fantastic and amazing looking. Purchasing was super easy and it came really quickly.”

“I am very pleased with the high level of service I received from Back on Track. After reading about their highly rated helmets in safety tests, I emailed them to ask about proper fit for my oval shaped head. I received a prompt reply recommending the Lynx helmet.
