“Fast shipping, accurate orders, quality products. Sizing guides definitely need improvement. For example, sizing for wrist covers/gaiters listed as "small/medium/large" isn't helpful - why not glove size or wrist measurement? Sizing differs between articles: I wear XL in the t shirts but M in zip-up sweaters. I always feel like I'm guessing blindly at size to order.”

“The Bark Dog Coat is awesome for our standard poodle. However, figuring out the sizing was a bit of work. As such the coat needed to be exchanged for a smaller size which wasn't a problem. Unfortunately, the exchange policy which was off putting since it was all over the place with its 'return it no keep it' wording which didn't matter in the end because it had to be returned. This didn't feel good. The experience felt like Charlie Brown trying to kick the football while Lucy promises she'll hold the ball and then doesn't. Rather than trying to make your policy sound nice it would be better to just say return it then if you decide a customer could keep it, then tell them. Don't make a confusing policy.”

“I was looking for a coat for my 1/2 Basset Hound, 1/2 French Bulldog Senior girl. Yep, some pretty weird measurements going on there! I emailed Back On Track with a sizing question and received an immediate reply. They also assured me of their return policy in case it didn't work out! I had to fold the front sleeves back but all else fit her. I like that the coat is so adjustable all over. My Daisy's acupuncture veterinarian actually recommended this company. I'm happy she did!”

“THe customer service was great. I had purchased a helmet in the spring of 2022, my daughter fell off her horse and wanted to replace the helmet. I was able to get a sizeable discount for a new helmet. They were responsive to my emails as well.”

“I called and spoke with a representative, I'm sorry I do not remember her name. I had questions about the Back on track sheet for my horse. She was very helpful answered all my questions was able to tell me from experience how her own horse was doing with back on track. made it easy for me to decide to purchase the product.”

“Back On Track now has a life long fan. I purchased a Trauma Void helmet but through confusion I never registered the purchase. When I took a bad fall I was unable to send in my replacement policy form. the customer service person was SO accommodating and fair and I was able to buy another helmet through BOT with a credit code. Thank You!!! You are all the BEST! And, the helmet saved my head and maybe my life!”

“Back On Track products are amazing products that do the job intended to do. My latest purchase was the Fleece Wrist Cover with Thumb. They come as a pair. I wear them over my BOT gloves at night to help my Carpel Tunnel pain in my wrists while the gloves help the arthritis in my hands and fingers.”
