“I needed two banners for a special event. I ordered it because they promised delivery four days but I gave them two weeks anyway. The item never showed up, really put a damper on the decorating. I guess they finally did the refund but too late, damage was already done. When I called, they blamed the delivery service but it never left their warehouse”

“I have purchased many banners over the years. I decided to try this company because they offer cheap prices. Unfortunately BOTH banners they sent are puckered from the stitching and will NOT lie flat. If they don't lie flat, no one can read the words, so the banner is USELESS. TERRIBLE quality.”

“your ad says 24 hours then up on finalizing my order the agent said that the 24 hours was ONLY for your printing. it was 7 days before i got the banner and then no ULTRA STRONG CLEAR TAB CONNECTORS.....2 MORE DAYS FOR THOSE. NOT HAPPY WITH FALSE ADVERTIZING”

“I am very upset. I have been trying to place this order for two hours. I took the time to upload 8 files and when I went to the check out the price went from $72 to $112 . then it went from 35% of to 49% off but the discount did not apply. I tried to call but it is after hours but I certainly expect a call from customer service. this is the 5th time ordering and was surprised at my experience this time.”

“Disgusting raping on the shipping after pretending to have such a good price on the banner. Pure corporate trickery, I will warn no less than a thousand people. These tactics hurt you more than your profit gains from misleading people. No way does this cost 15.00 to ship. I could ship to China for less than than. Thats why you wait until the end to show shipping. You should be ashamed.”

“Called in to get help, could not get the design portion to work for me. Guy said he would send me to art department, went to hold , then nothing.”

“They promised 2 days delivery so July 16 and I paid for it is 10 days and nothing my wife Birthday was 4 days ago…. I request a refund and no answer…they don’t deserve one star…very bad service.”
