LAST BANNER I BOUGHT FROM YOU ALL WAS LOST, HAD TO BE REMADE AND THEN SHIPPED AGAIN. I DIDN'T GET A DISCOUNT OR ANYTHING. THIS IS MY 4TH BANNER I'M ORDERING FROM YOU ALL. I LOVE YOUR WORK BUT WAS DISHEARTENED BY MY LAST ORDER. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TAKE CARE OF ME THIS TIME.

You advertise free shipping. Which was not the case. I sent an email pertaining to my concern as well. Please assist with why I had to pay shipping when it’s advertised as being free until you get to check out?

If the site will not work IE let customer know before they spend time making something they will not be allowed to buy due to cc info not being excepted then told over the phone to use different browser Royal PIA.......

My pricing changed within the last 24 hrs. When I called in and inquired as to why, I was informed that the previous days promo changed and as a result the cost per unit is now more. The representative Adrian, applied an additional 5% discount, but though it appeared that I was receiving a further discount. As a direct result of the additional internal 5% discount being applied, my shipping cost exorbitantly increased! I then asked Adrian why and her response was that as a consumer I wouldn't and couldn't understand; which is extremely offensive! I then asked for a manager and after a long hold time the line disconnected. But then they called me back and I spoke with a Manager Lacey, who was very nice, as was Adrian by the way. So I explained the situation in detail to Lacey and she did try to resolve the issue (by offering to have me actual pay the exorbitantly, which to me is not acceptable) increased shipping cost, but she'd refund me the difference in increase) and she die provide further insight as to why there was such a price disparage, when the internal discount was applied. Apparently, it is due to their discounting and cost directly correlating with their handling, processing and then shipping cost. But the two should have nothing to do with each other, I explained to her. So I was able to conclude that, though you appear to be getting a deal/discount on the front end, this company is recouping the lost revenue on the back end with the shipping fees. And as I expressed to Lacey, this is not only extremely unfair and misleading business practices, but resulted in an absolutely HORRIBLE customer experience!

I Cancelled the first order because it didn't get here..now I'm making a second and I still haven't been refunded my money for the first.. You guys' owe me about $140

I called customer service because the discount changed from 45% off to 32% off. The rep was very rude. If you are putting pressure on the customer service reps to complete unreasonable number of calls through and not give true customer service, then you should change your policies. If not, her was impatient and rude is not cut out to be a customer service rep and should be given a different position. It may be a cultural thing because I have never been treated poorly by any BOTC reps before.

Didn't receive my banners in time. I paid an extra $198.48 to have them in hand in 3 business days. Got them in 6 business days. Plus, only received 5 of the 6 banners that were ordered. Very difficult time getting issue resolved. Extremely disappointing. DO NOT pay the extra shipping cost.
