“They promised 2 days delivery so July 16 and I paid for it is 10 days and nothing my wife Birthday was 4 days ago…. I request a refund and no answer…they don’t deserve one star…very bad service.”

“Ordered a banner for sons military homecoming and paid for 2-3 day shipping. It is being delivered 7 days after order. 2 days late for his homecoming. This shipping charge is a joke, paid extra for faster shipping and still did not get here in time. No response from this company regarding the issue. You suck.”

“Horrible if you need something overnight - long story short, if you need something done overnight, go to your local store - these people are way cheaper yes, but if you need something super fast like next day, they’re horrible - never again for anything that I need fast”

“I paid a huge premium for faster service because I needed it for a meeting. Website says it's ships in 24 hours - it shipped 3 days later and arrived after the meeting and they stilled charged me. I would NEVER use them.”

“Where do I start except to tell you DO NOT IRDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They sent the wrong banner to us then they accused us of being liars. They didn’t believe that they sent the wrong banner. Funny part was they asked us to review the order and they had the wrong banner in their email. Doesn’t anybody check the final product before it leaves the factory? I can tell you that they do not. Absolutely horrible customer service; I have never been accused of being a liar like they have done. So save yourself the trouble and order elsewhere.”

“This website was not easy to use and it did not take my credit card payment so I had to use pay pal. I wanted a Moose with no background. I clicked on Clip art "Moose" and the only thing that showed up was an Elk.”

“The banner shipped timely & that was the only good thing I can say. It was so blurred we couldn't use it. Paid $45 for it. I know that is not a lot for some folks, but it was for me. It was for my grandaughter's graduation party. I contacted TREVOR H. in customer service. He was sympathetic enough to explain to me that it was all my fault because I used bad photos. These photos were prints from a professional photographer. He explained what all I should have done & that Banners Done Cheap is not responsible, they just print what they are sent. I, however, am RESPONSIBLE for this review. Do not use this company: #1) if the banner is important to you, #2) if you have money to waste, #3) if you don't mind not having good customer service from this company. I learned my lesson. I will order locally forevermore. I am a verified purchaser whether Banners Done Cheap will admit it or not!”

“I ordered on May 20, 2021, no emails to tell me something was wrong with design and you needed additional information. Call and the customer service agent wanted me to redesign on phone and then cancelled order and I had to start over. I reordered but disappointed that no customer service contact made.”
