“I specifically contacted this company and told them that if they could not ship to me by a certain date then to please NOT print the banner and not charge me. They completely ignored my request, charged me anyway and now I have a shipping notification telling me the banner will arrive four days after my event will take place so the banner is worthless to me and will go straight in the garbage. I'm out $35.67”

“At this moment, I am a bit annoyed. You advertise 66.99 banner with free next day shipping and then charge for shipping during checkout! If this is what I should expect I certainly dont have high hopes for my banner :(”

“If I could give this product a -5, I would! I am SO disappointed with this graduation banner. I worked a long time to get it perfect & it was so blurry I was ashamed to show it to my grandaughter! It's too late to redo it, graduation is in 4 days. I should have spent a little more & gone to a local shop. I will never order here again nor would I recommend anyone else to. From a sad & disappointed grandmother, Donna Elliott”

“A number of delays, NO COMMUNICATION. On PDF files I was told low resolution, when I called the organization. Order was held for 10 business days. NEVER DO BUSINESS AGAIN”

“You obviously tried to charge me more by changing your discount price while I was still working on a design. All I did was go on a new browser and I got the original promo again. Bad look. Won't be using Banners on the Go again”
