“I just got off the phone ( on the 26th June at 15.30ish) with Esther she was really kind and supportive helped me with my app issue and spoke with her supervisor/manager to remove the interest and late payment fee I had gotten due to the payment not going through without me noticing. She even wished me belated happy birthday and reminded me to call whenever I need both to help with the issue and for evidence in case of need. She was really helpful and kind and tried to help the best way she could, this is the kind of people I wish to see as supervisors/managers, they inform you on your own duties they care enough to try to help and if they can they deliver and afterwards they still inform or give advice on what to do for the next steps and for the next time.”
