“Failed to protect my account after my phone/card being reported stolen and I lost around £7k because of that. They literally took no responsibility for it. It's funny they sent me an email today saying " We can spot potential fraud in under a second, keeping your money safe " ha ha ha”
“Blocked me from my account and so I couldn’t make my payment, they’ve then informed me until I pay over the phone to them (I’m not comfortable in doing so due to popular scams, I’d rather it be direct on my app) that I can’t regain access to my account
Very unhelpful customer care team, spoken to 3 representatives who all told me different things, said they sent me a pin and can regain access, never received one and still 3 months later no access, just a lot of harrassing letters from them”

Now they blocked my card for no reason and I had to order a new one. Then I tried to make a payment online, could not. I called them, their phone does not work at this time of day. I tried to send them a message though my online account, that button does not work...”
