Awful customer service , canโ€™t get through by phone! All my money has been stuck there since last week, been in with my passport and ID took a whole day Friday to sort , it was then unblocked then the day after itโ€™s blocked again !! Useless I will be closing my account

Investments produced good returns, but after a few months, I noticed that I couldn't make any transactions on my account and couldn't even withdraw my money. Had an appointment with Sarah Stallwood today - she was professional , incredibly helpful and provided me with all the information I needed. Sarah is very knowledgeable and always goes through every option available and has time to explain and discuss rates of interest for the best outcome. I had appointment today . Yesterday, I don't know why? They called me. I was busy and didn't reply, so they cancelled my appointment by theslf without informing me that my appointment cancelled. I took permission from my duty and went to the bank but my appointment was cancelled. Although I should get sms that my appointment cancelled. The behaviour of the representative was rude and judgmental that I didn't reply phone. Thank you

This company swindled me out of my hard-earned money by lying to me. I lost the cash I worked so hard for. They wouldnโ€™t let me withdraw anything and kept demanding I pay taxes. Fortunately, I discovered TR A D ECR Y P T S * C0M on Google, and I invested in them in a week i made back my losses and i got a bonus for my first investment, apart from the referral bonuses which i got 2% of what was invested by my referrals , i was also given free classes incases i wanted to withdraw and and start making my investment personally.

Right now, I have no access to my account, and the email I had for support returned an error, stating that the domain is gone! I can't fully express how I feel about this, and it seemed like my hard-earned money was lost forever. After being a Barclays customer since 2014, I would have liked to have given them a Zero star but I am, sadly, unable to. I was helped to open an ISA and not given more advice than the basic ISA on opening my original accounts. On going to a branch in 2022 (what is a branch???), I was given advice to open a fixed rate ISA instead and did so. As there are VERY few branches now open and my fixed rate ISA is maturing, I sought assistance online - outdated and inaccurate (do I need to do this online or contact Barclays? What is exactly the current interest rate?). I spent nearly an hour trying to get through their "automated" systems that are unable to comprehend a two syllable "mother's maiden name" and I have no accent at all. The automated system is also unable to comprehend ISA. After being cut off several times, I got put through to 3 separate departments until I got through to the ISA department. The "assistant" repeated so many times "If that is what I wanted to do and was I sure that is what I wanted to do" - I felt that either I shouldn't do this or that he couldn't be bothered to transfer my maturing ISA to a new one. I then went to the "pop-up Barclays" which is about a 15 minute walk away from the high street and signposted by a wavy flag stabilised with a water weight on the ground - this is innovative as it used to be a blackboard that the staff (one) used to write offers on. On entering the pop-up bank, I was confused by the amount of advertising and finally spotted a paper, computer print out "Entrance" on a board and made my way to the door. I opened the door to be confronted with "I am with someone!". This is not professional, not a banking system that I feel confident in entrusting my earnings or savings with and certainly not a bank I will be staying with. I have changed my bank this week - I had to walk around the town to ask the remaining banks what their terms were, how long they envisaged having a presence in the town so that I could speak with them. Despite this, there is a limited time that the banks will spend with their customers and then we get sent away to do it all online. Regardless of whether their software is supported by our gadgets - my phone will not accept some of the new banks software!!!!! NOT MY PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!! I will go back again and again until the issues I have with MY MONEY are dealt with in a professional manner - I am unable to do that with Barclays.
