“When I my wife decided to have palliative care after three years of chemotherapy, I realised I would have to have every thing organised for her (which is a terrible thing to have to do for someone you love, but I am so glad I did). We wanted something very plain and simple as my wife did not like funeral services or formal cremations, so I contacted Bare. They answered all my queries and reassured me that I just needed to contact them on the day that I needed them, so that was one less thing to worry about. They were very caring. I rang them in the morning after my wife died, and asked if they could come in the late afternoon. My family and I spent a very sad but peaceful day with her on the bed, where she died and then we said our final good byes and they took her away. It was a comfort to us to know that we did exactly what she wanted, and I was very happy with everything the Bare staff did for us. I could not recommend them more highly.”
“Very caring and supporting staff. Able to speak to someone in person on telephone every time. Arrangements completed smoothly via email and phone, which was such a help during Covid lockdowns. Also offered to inform Centrelink of death of loved one by just ticking a box "Yes", which was so helpful to not have to spend time contacting them during a time of grieving.
