“Great service, even in the midst of the recent COVID-19 crisis. Helped us through every step of the way - there to help when required and offer support but not constantly in your face. We were looking for a service that didn't require us to deal with the funeral director and 'up-sell' pressure. I didn't want to have to pay for caskets and hearses and viewings and all the paraphernalia of funerals. This allowed us to have a memorial service at a time and place of our choosing that was exactly the way we wanted it to be, not what the funeral director would have been trying to tell us it should have been. I have told everybody I know to use this service, save themselves a lot of money and a lot of additional stress at a time when you really don't need it. This is a big change in the way funerals can be handled and some people may perhaps be suspicious of the service – please don't be. I could not have received a smoother, more timely service if I had gone with a more expensive name brand funeral company.”
