“To whom it may concern at Bare Cremation,
Knowing that my elderly Mother in her mid nineties would soon pass and realising that with restrictions imposed on us due the presence of the coronavirus, it soon became obvious that her Cremation and Service to say goodbye would have to be a two step process, and being a Celebrant myself and living interstate, I made several enquiries as to who I might choose to organise the cremation.
I thoroughly read their website and then asked various questions that they were only too pleased to answer. That time of departure for my Mum came about a few weeks later and I must say that I was impressed to find that Daphney representing Bare Cremation was compassionate, helpful, thoughtful, efficient and sincerely professional during the phone calls that followed as I also found Claire when on making the first contact.
