“From start to finish the team at Bare stepped me through the process of fulfilling my husbands wishes with a simple no fuss send off. At a time when I only wanted to be in our home surrounded by family and friends I was able to arrange everything online and by phone. Every stage was updated to me and within 2 weeks Shaun’s ashes were personally returned to our family in a beautiful cask. Additional services were offered for grief counselling, probate advice etc without imposing or pressure. Our thanks to the entire team.”

“Words fail to describe the sheer compassion and understanding that Bare had at not only one of the worst periods of our lives but one that came unexpectedly as well, thanks to them we got the chance to not only say our goodbyes but have full support with the paperwork informing the correct people and the multiple of other things that needed doing. Thank you so much we will never forget the sincerity of the staff or the help that you provided us in one of the worst days of our lives.”

“During this most distressing time Bare acted with the utmost professionalism and courtesy at all times. It was easy to organise the cremation through the website and this was followed up by personal phone calls to help me through the process. Bare were in communication with me the whole time and their follow up after the funeral helped me immensely. They were asking after my health and also provided assistance with any legal questions I may have had. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else requiring their services.”

“Bare Cremation helped make a traumatic experience a fraction more bearable. Every person I spoke to on the phone was caring and took the time to explain the simplest of questions. I received a phone call to see if I was OK more than once throughout the process. I was helped over the phone fill out the forms. I thought it might be impersonal, not dealing with someone face-to-face, but this wasn't the case. I had a designated contact who was skilled in dealing with people coping with grief. I made the right choice, choosing Bare.”

“I’ve used Bare Cremation twice in the last 2 years and both times Bare personnel have been professional, understanding and above all compassionate.Everything was taken care of after the initial application for my loved one was completed.Giving me space to grieve ,as well as comfort in the knowledge that Bare personnel were only a phone call away and always available to answer any questions I had.I’m very glad I had Bare Cremation to walk with me on this very sad path.From the bottom of my heart Thank you so much.”

“I have nothing but good things to say. Communication was impressive. Everything was made very easy at a time when that’s exactly what is needed. You have your own contact person who looks after you from start to finish. Everything was done exactly how they said it would be. I would highly recommend Bare to anyone. “I found the service from Bare Cremations to be good. It would have been nice to recieve our loved one's ashes more quickly but that was out of Bare Cremation's control. Everyone we dealt with was very pleasant but need to respond to customer enquiries a little quicker. Bare Cremations should offer a discount to referred new customers from previous clients that have used their services. I would use their services again. It was really nice to have the ashes hand delivered to my door. Veronica Dingle”
