My one suggestion is this- the young woman who returned my Mum's ashes was lovely but didn't bother to sit down only stayed 2 minutes. It's a very emotional time receiving my Mum's ashes and just five minutes of her sitting down to talk about it would have been lovely.”

The only complaint that I could make is that the online forms that I had to fill out had some drop down menus, & they did not always have the necessary details. For example, one asked for my relationship with the deceased, but did not include options of friends, or executor. These are simple to fix, & I have no doubt that Bare will do so.”

“At a really difficult time, Bare really is brilliant. They have answered every question with clarity and been there for every step of the way. Their professional staff have responded in record time. Their ongoing help with lawyers and probate has also been excellent. Unfortunately, we have had 2 of our parents pass in the same week and although Bare could not help us with the second process, they are doing probate.
So, we have had 2 funerals to organize and Bare certainly came up trumps.
