“Bare assisted me during covid when my mum passed. I was so very happy to have some one on the phone guiding me though the process. 10 out if 10. My daughter in passed unexpectedly and i called Bare, the response was unbelievable so much compassion, they helped my son though a very difficult time. Bare is the best Organisation i have dealt with in time of distress no pressure jut compassion and they listen to you.”

“The initial process was amazing, the sign up and the communication when collecting the body - brilliant They have a dashboard so you can monitor where they are in the process Then without warning I received my Grandad in the mail, I was advised someone would reach out to me after I contacted them and did not receive that contact If that process had gone smoothly I would easily have rated 5 out of 5 but surprise Grandad in a box was not a good experience”

“I found the service and support offered by Bare to be excellent. Nothing was a problem to them and everything went to plan as requested. I was more than satisfied with the final arrangements and the online guides and help made it a lot easier to navigate through wht can be a difficult process.”

“After spending a lifetime with someone, losing half of you is a confusing place to be. Grief can take over your life. In an unknown process Bare relieved the hard decisions from me, allowing me and our family to concentrate on the memory of my wife and mother. Thank you Bare and the carers.”

“I was so glad I choose Bare as the staff were very compassionate, caring and responded to our sometimes late requests to change the slideshow, the sequence and choice of music. We felt supported thrrough the stages and not pressure for information. As you know its a very emotional time one both my daughter and I hadn't personally experienced. When the final day came for the memorial the chapell was ideal and Libby and Browyn guided us through the hour with sensitivity and compasion. Thank you to everyone involved including Michelle, Azia, Libby, Bronwyn and staff behind the scene. I would highly recommend Bare to anyone who is in need of funeral services. A BIG thank you!”

“Hi Bare was effecient, polite and clear in their help with looking after the process of taking my wife after she passed and sorted the process of organizing her creamation. The whole process for me was something that allowed me to concentrate on my wife's passing and organizing her funeral, rather than being worried out the practical side of things. “Approaching an on line funeral service is the simplest way to prepare and have a beautiful service on your terms. Bare Funeral was exemplary in laying down the processes and having a person nominated to look after you each step of the way. Bare Funeral online check list ( dashboard) is so helpful completing necessary task. They also offer free legal advice, if required, which i accepted and found so helpful. As for the day of remembrance, it ran so smooth everything one commended positively on such a moving experience.”

“Bare made a difficult time easier! They took care of everything. I am not a fan of funeral homes so being able to organise Mum's cremation without having to attend one was far more comfortable. Caring, compassionate, and professional!”
