“Barnie's Coffees have distinctly wonderful and decadent flavors. So enjoyable! The customer service at Barnie's is not so great. I contacted them via email and phone message as I ordered whole bean, but received ground coffee, and they have yet to respond 2 weeks later.”

“I didn't find the coffee as favorful as I have in the past. The taste of chocolate was weak. I wish your decaf flavored coffees were sold in stores. I could almost buy another pound of coffee with the money I pay for postage. That's why I don't buy more frequently. Even the Santa's White Christmas that's sold in the stores has no decaf alternative. There are many people like me who love coffee but can't handle the caffeine. No one offers decaf flavored coffees in the store.”

“Excellent coffee but the flavors I ordered are very weak. Both the Southern Pecan and Hazelnut need a much stronger flavor!”

“My family and I love your coffee and have been drinking it since you had a store in Ocean County NJ decades ago. A few times a year, especially around Thanksgiving and Christmas, you had a great sale, and I would stock up for gifts, birthdays, etc. There were no sales in the past 2 years, and along with shipping charges, your coffee is too expensive to buy in the quantity that I used to. The last order was for gifts for my mom and brother. I didn't get anything. Really disappointing. The coffee is still the best.”

“At age 87, my taste may have changed. I am disappointed in the taste of White Christmas. Many years ago, when I went to my daughter's in FL. that was my favorite. Now it tastes similar to my regular coffee.”

“White Christmas used to taste so good a few years back. The k cups I bought this year are very bitter. Very disappointed. It used to be my favorite coffee!”

“I was thrilled to find Barnie’s selection of flavored decaf. I tried 6 of the ground coffees. The smell was better than the taste. I somewhat enjoyed the english salted toffee, bourbon praline, creamy buttery caramel, and southern pecan. I could not choke down the cinnamon macadamia nut. The Santas White Christmas tastes like soap. I know everyone has different tastes, but this was really disappointing. I considered trying some different flavors but I hated the waste of having to throw out 2 bags I couldn’t force myself to drink.”

“I've been a Barnies fan for several decades. Although I can get a few flavors locally, and can order online, its just not my favorite. I used to buy the entire 5 lb bags, but the stores will not ship from the store. So because I love Barnies coffee, I will likely drive 2 hours to Orlando to get the freshest coffee or seek an alternate coffee.”

“I LOVE Barnie's coffee! My family is particularly fond of the Creme Brulee. I HATE that the loyalty program is only available for online orders. That means I have to order ALOT of coffee each time to take advantage of my discount and get free shipping. I'd much rather purchase bags of coffee in store. Which of course I can do, but then I don't get the discount I've earned.”
