“Love barnies coffee miss it in their stores would love for a hazelnut k cup”

“Time was that someone living alone could order with free shipping now it is impossible for me to order till I am almost complete depleted...$75 is so hard for me to get to so I wait and wait then pray the coffee will come before I am out of it all....hate that you have deals on special coffees that I am not interested in...I love your company and your coffee but it gets dishearting to have to wait so long to order”

“The coffee and many flavors to chose from taste good and I have been buying it for over two decades, however I do not like the new ziplock, no matter how hard I try to like the new ziploc method, it makes it hard to get the coffee out, I would like to see it go back to the old way you sealed the coffee, there is more room to get the coffee out, without the spill of coffee on the counter.”

“I love Barneis Coffee and purchased it often, years ago, when they were located in a mall close to where I lived in so. Fla. I only order occassionaly now since with shipping, it becomes too costly. If it was offered in grocery stores, I would purchase it more often. Cool Cafe Blues and Santas White Christmas are my fav's.”

“Love Barnie's Coffee the flavor are well balanced and I taste the flavor as in some other brands you cannot. The shipping and website are great. The reason for the four star is the bag opening is very hard to be a scoop in or out to measure the amount coffee it need to be wider.”

“The coffee tastes great, but they elevate the cost so that they can run “sales.” Those same coffees can be bought at retail stores for the same “sale” prices from the website.”

“At times I have experienced difficulty using the website. Most of the flavors we have ordered we have enjoyed. We do have a few favorites and I have become hesitate of trying new flavors due to past dissappointments.”

“While I live their coffee, I hate the way they rotate their flavors. My favorite, pistachio ice cream, is seldom offered. This, coupled with rising prices and the inability to make your own bulk order choices as before has left me wanting to look for more economical, customer friendly companies.”

“At first, I was so sad when my local grocery store did not continue to stock Santa's White Christmas after the holiday season. I think it ran up until about March or so then stopped. However, I was not alone in my hunt for this particular flavor, apparently, because it soon returned toward the end of May. Thank goodness! Now, did I order 3 bags of it during that hiatus? Yes, yes, I did. And, thank goodness because I absolutely LOVE this flavor. Please keep making it, Barnie's!”

“The products are excellent, and the shipping is fast. However, when I made a mistake on my shipping and within 2 minutes contacted them for help at the email address provided on the website, I NEVER received a response. The shipment went to another place and I had to get someone to pick it up for me and re-ship it to me. So it ended up costing me double. I know it was my mistake, but they NEVER even responded. That is a negative for customer service.”

“I love the coffee but the price keeps increasing so I don’t purchase as much as I would like to do it. Some flavors are amazing and some are not as great but I love that there is flavored decaf available.”
