“I love a lot of your flavored coffees. The only regret is that you don’t make them all into pods. I have Waiting for your vanilla flavored coffee to come out in a pod for a long time and it hasn’t. Very disappointing. Vanilla is such a basic flavor. Served for coffee now.”

“The flavors are very good as well as the aroma! I’ve had several varieties and have enjoyed them all. Blueberry Pie and Southern Pecan are my favorites. Occasionally the ground coffee isn’t ground as much ( larger grinds) though I just regrind fortunately.”

“I order every 5-6 weeks a few pounds of their flavored coffees. Overall I’m happy with my purchases. They generally ship out pretty quickly and the coffee smells delicious. Sometimes the flavors are a bomb with me and I have to throw them out or force myself to drink coffee I don’t like for a week (the blueberry coffee was not for me at all). I’d definitely recommend you give Barnies a try if you like to try unique fresh flavors.”

“Good news - yours is the only coffee I buy. However I'd love to see the following: increased caramel flavoring in any or all your caramel coffess. Increased salt and toffee flavoring in your salted toffee coffee = not really getting either flavor. And a pur Coconut coffee with LOGS of coconut flavor!”

“Customer service was extremely helpful. I'm trying to adjust to the Buttery Caramel. The butter flavor is very strong. I don't really like the taste of butter. I really miss the delicious caramel flavor of Creme Brulee ground coffee.”

“I had been using Barnie's as my source of coffee for many years. The product is very good, but in recent years they no longer have many whole bean varieties in-stock. I have written customer service on a couple of occasions to express my disappointment, but whole bean remains difficult to source from their website. As result, I have reluctantly and recently started to purchase my whole bean coffee elsewhere. If you mainly use ground coffee, I highly recommend them.”

“Have live their coffee since the 80s. Great flavors. Sometimes new flavor samples in the shipment that convince me i need that flavor in my next order. Do NOT love that they no longer offer much in whole bean. I like freshly ground better.”

“Love this coffee ☕never a disappointed in the flavors. I just wish they would send a sample of a flavor i haven't ordered to try. I usually order around 4-6 bags. I can't order them all but would be interested in trying other flavors.”

“I've been an online customer for a few years now. But I also worked in one of your stores in Orlando (Colonial Mall) 35 years ago. Used to visit The Loop's location until you closed it. I've bought your coffees from Houston TX and from Maryland. Wished you would bring back some of your original classics including Amaretto. That was my absolute favorite 💯”

“I have enjoyed Barnie’s coffee for years but I have a suggestion. My physician is now making me drink half caffeinated half decaf coffee. I would really appreciate it if you made a decaf version of all of your flavored coffees so that I didn’t have to dilute the flavor by adding regular decaf to my morning brew. I wouldn’t mind paying a little extra for each package of decaf but I am pleased that you do make Cool Cafe Blues in decaf. Please add the rest of your flavored coffees. Thanks for your consideration!!!”

“We love Barnie's Santa's White Christmas! We drink it year-round and give it as Christmas gifts to family members. Our other favorite was Cool Cafe Blues, but in the last few years, we have noticed the taste has changed. It just isn't as good. When I was teaching, students would smell my coffee as they entered the room and wanted to know if I was eating pancakes! Sadly, that strong maple flavor is missing and we have never found another product that came close to the original Cool Cafe Blues. Would you consider going back to the original recipe???”

“Very good coffee, but the change to way you re-seal the bag is awful. The new sticky tab for re-sealing only works about twice before it loses its sticky properties. The bag then opens on its own losing the freshness of the coffee. Bring back the reusable tabs please.”
