“I spoke to a sales person who gave me a price and information for a holiday and when I called back the following day she was off and I was passed to 3 different people who all gave me varying prices and info for the same holiday. Had I not been a previous customer of Barrhead Travel I would probably have gone elsewhere. As it was I just called back to speak to the first person when she came back to work and fortunately the holiday was still available. I didn't feel the experience was very professional. It won't stop me from using B T again though.”

“flight was as expected good, but would not travel from Prestwick again as to far away when Glasgow int. is 20mins from home, hotel was good overall an enjoyable holiday good price.”

“Stayed at the Kadikale Resort in Turkey in June this year. Can honestly say that this is one of the best holiday hotels I have ever stayed in and I could not find a single fault with either the hotel, staff or resort. I would warmly recommend this Hotel to anyone travelling to Turkey.”

“It was a surprise to find that Canadian Travel Specialists were in fact Barrhead of Glasgow! However Barrhead organized our tour of The Rockies and Alaska very well. There was no problem in making small modifcations to the published itinerary to suit our needs eg extending the stay in Vancouver.”
