“Loafers we're a gif for my husband and although I ordered his normal size they were much too big, I returned them and Base London sent me a replacement pair in the next size down. Returning them was quick and easy and the replacement pair arrived in a few days with no fuss. My husband loves his new loafers and I would recommend Base London to shop from. I have ordered from them before and always had an excellent service 👌”
