My original goods arrived as expected and were duly fitted. Unfortunately there was a mishap after about 6 weeks and bath empire were extremely helpful in resolving the difficulty. I have to praise Danielle, in particular, for her extremely understanding and kind approach and outstanding customer care. Thank you so much.

I ordered a replacement part, after finding the basin was smashed. I have to say, the young man I spoke to (Lyndon) was very professional and patient with me. He quickly sorted out a replacement part, and have now received it, 48 hours later. I am extremely happy with the service I have received and would definitely recommend them. (Now known as SOAK.COM)

After placing my order the goods arrived 2 days earlier than expected which was excellent,unfortunately on opening the basin this was smashed ,I got in touch with bath empire and sent the photos of the damage , I spoke with a lovely lady called Ellis who quickly sorted out a replacement item and arrived the next day very well packaged and all in one piece,I would definitely recommend this company to anyone they are very helpful indeed and another big thanks to Ellis for all her help.

I bought several products from bath empire and I am very pleased with the service and quality of the goods I purchased . The way that the products where delivered was secure and well protected. The delivery was quick and free . The walnut cabinets are amazing value and look very classy in my bathroom. I also purchased a toilet a sink and tap and they where also first class . I did have one small problem which I emailed bath empire and I received an immediate response from vicky at customer service who resolved my problem straight away . It is not very often we can say that we get excellent service however with this company I can honestly say I have . I would recommend bath empire for value and service . BARBARA SHANLEY

We had a quadrant shower cubicle from bath empire and shower tray. The tray was uneven so could't level it right .The cubicle wasn't easy to put up. The instruction are not very clear at all.So we are very dissapointed in the product.

I ordered some bathroom units and hand basin from BathEmpire. The delivery was on time but the delivery driver refuses to bring my order upstairs for me as I am living in a block of flat on the second floor. He told me it was his company's policy not to bring deliveries upstairs due to the weight of the goods. He left whole pallet downstairs on my neighbour's drive way at 8:15am in the morning and left! I tried to ask him if I separate the items, can he give me a helping hand to bring them upstairs with me together - he simply refused. The company they are using for delivery was called " The Pallet Network Ltd." I think the services they provided were really poor and unhelpful. The driver's behaviour was unacceptable and unprofessional. I will not recommend anyone to use this delivery company. Avoid!!!

Possibly the worst online purchasing experience I have ever had. Placed order for new bathroom suite. Two days later received text message at 10am advising that order was out for delivery that day and would arrive any time between 7am and 6pm. Rushed out of work at short notice to try and get home in time. Delivery did not arrive till 5pm. Upon opening boxes found the toilet pan was smashed to pieces. Phoned company and was advised to take photographs which I emailed to the after sales team. A replacement pan was dispatched. Requested that this be delivered on my next day off work so as to minimise any further inconvenience. This request was ignored and another full day delivery timescale was issued. Took a second day off work, again waited in all day and parcel arrived at 5pm. Gutted to find that upon opening this box, this pan was also broken. Again telephoned company, more photographs taken, another e-mail sent and another pan was dispatched. Yet again, another 7am till 6pm time slot issued (despite assurances that the courier would call me one hour before delivery, this did not happen) and again, no delivery till 5pm. This time the pan was found to be intact however the courier did not remove the two broken pans which had previously been delivered. Despite not even being able to lift these on my own I was left to dispose of them myself. Contacted Soak.com to complain and seek compensation for inconvenience caused. Received response from Daniel Hughes who advised that a discount would be considered and that he would check position with his manager and revert back to me that same day. Two days passed with no response. E-mailed for an update and was completely ignored. One week later, e-mailed again asking to escalate complaint, again was completely ignored. Despite spending over £400 with this company I have lost three days off work and spent a considerable time phoning them, taking photographs and e-mailing them only to be left with a pile of damaged goods which I have had to pay a local company to dispose of for me. On top of this I have been treated with utter contempt when I dare to complain. Please take my advice and steer well clear of Soak.com, their prices might be low but you will pay through stress and inconvenience. I will never use them again and intend to pursue them by any means possible.

Products not delivered when they should have been. Called several times to get it sorted messages not passed to Rebecca. Eventually got 15% refund for inconvenience caused. Three days later concealed cistern broke they were more interested in getting a photo and expected my client to wait 4 days for a replacement with no toilet working in the house. Emailed them Sun 04/09/2016 with the photo and a copy of the invoice for a new cistern I had to buy for my customer so she could use her toilet, plus copy of the invoice for the replacement as I want this refunded.They replied saying they will respond within 48 hrs emailed them again today and got same message back. Their customer service is disgusting I would advise people to go elsewhere.

Adequate products but awful after-sales. Started with the delivery of three bathroom suites and one driver who would have left it all on the pavement if my builders hadn't been here. Bought a £200 LED shower head less than three years ago - not covered by the 10 year guarantee - but when it stopped working Bath Empire do not stock spares and no longer stock the product so basically ... tough luck! Yes, it was my tough luck to have bought a product from them.

Ordered a full bathroom suite and some extra parts, but the side panel for the bath was missing. I rang the company they ensured me that the part will be sent to me the next day, I waited all day for the part however it didn't turn up. Once again I rang the company and they told me that I didn't ring the company despite the fact that I had records of my out going calls and one incoming calls from them. Even though eventually they agreed to resend the panel the original panel that I order was not out of stock and I have to settle for a different style. Overall I am happy with the products but the customer service was appalling there was no apology nor acknowledgement of their wrong doing, personally I would not deal with them again.

Not just a rubbish bathroom shop, they also produce plastic tat that litters our rivers. Pulled this rubber duck out of the Great Ouse in Cambridgeshire today.

Customer service non existent ! Quality of taps purchased is substandard as the chrome plating is peeling off . Supposed to be Guaranteed for 5 years ,probably are if you can make any contact with Bath Empire. How not to run a Company ! Avoid

Unbelievably poor customer service and a flagrant disregard for caring about what their customers are experiencing or think about their shoddy products and service. What goes around comes around so they will suffer in the end...

If I could give 0 stars I would. We have been so incredibly patient with this company, you failed to deliver 4 out of 8 items, you then cancelled another delivery due to a broken item which we had to chase for. Our bathroom was meant to be complete a week ago, but due to late deliveries we are now only due to complete it at the end of next week. And now you’ve delivered a broken pedestal for the sink and we are just exhausted. We’ve complained on the phone and nothings come of it. We need this replaced by COP tomorrow for us to even think about being able to move back into our house by the end of next week.

SOAK.COM They tried to deliver on TWO occasions before my requested date. When arrived main vanity unit was missing. I foned and they said NOT IN STOCK!! I had to wait 1MONTH. Very bad attitude from customer service advisor. 1 hour later IT ARRIVED in a separate van. In less than 3 weeks water had penetrated the vanity unit and was swollen and cracked. I sent pics and requested replacement and refitting costs. 3 days later STILL NO REPLY. Foned them again. Agreed to replace but was told. "THERES NO WAY WERE PAYING FOR REFITTING" Then this morning I received an email stating; OUR TERMS AND CODITIONS DO NOT INCLUDE REFITTING. HERE IS THE RELEVENT SECTION. REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTS & PARTS Should you require a replacement item or part(s), we will require a photograph of the damaged/faulty item highlighting the problem where possible to be forwarded to our Aftersales department via the following email address aftersales@soak.com. A response will normally be issued to you within 48 working hours. When a replacement item is removed and an additional cost is incurred by your professional fitter, we may ask for comparison quotations before work commences and we consider reimbursements of any costs. Any replacement products/part(s) that are despatched to destinations outside of mainland UK may incur additional delivery charges. I am now awaiting a reply to my email. THIS BUSINESS NEEDS TO CLOSE DOWN. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THEM

This company are absolutely terrible, with the most shocking customer services help I have ever had the misfortune to experience. We ordered goods from this company and the goods did not arrive on the date they specified. How did this happen because we removed an item off the order..... and therefore they could not send the order as they had to hold it until the item was removed. I was advised this would take max 48 hours therefore it should have still made it's delivery date with ease, which was 6 days after the removing the item. Did it arrive on time ...NO. So two elderly people have been left with no toilet as the plumber had ripped this out awaiting the delivery that day. When we complained we were given no reason why the goods had been delayed and therefore my husband cancelled the order in absolute frustration. The only solution they had was to refund the delivery charge, we weren't looking for a refund we were looking for it to be delivered the next day. Could we have this no because we live in Dundee, a large city with a V&A ....not remote in any sense. When I tried to get the situation resolved I was advised they could not longer help as they had cancelled the order. When I asked for a manager to return my call so we could establish why the order had been delayed I was advised this would be requested. A short while later, perhaps 10 minutes I received an email to advise that they could not authorise a manager to call back as the order had been cancelled. Oh my goodness absolutely shocking..... Speechless as how absurd this actually is....My opinion do not order from this company.

Poor quality, abysmal customer services, over priced mis described goods. If you return something they will wait up to a week to 'inspect it' and then wait up to another week to refund the money. There are some really good online companies, watch out this is not one of them ! Same as soak.com look at their reviews too, they are just as bad. Do NOT use this company, unless you want the hassle of arguing with their appalling 'customer services' department. AVOID at any cost.
