“Too start with a bit nervous about ordering from a company I had not used before but everything went well. I ordered the toilet pan and received an email to confirm the item was in stock and would be contacted by DHL for delivery and the item then got quickly delivered by DHL. Pan was well packaged and had no problems.”

“The replacement toilet seat (Roca) we ordered arrived super quick and well packaged. It's not the same fitment but replaces the old seat perfectly and was easy to fit. Would both recommend and use this company again.”

“I had to check with BASD prior to purchase as I had already once ordered the wrong part. Many variations of the same thing! Brooke emailed me back very quickly having double checked with the manufacturer. That's great service. It should be normal but it's rare these days. I have filed these guys in my email folders as 'Repeat suppliers' and in my bookmarks. That says it all!”
