“We are pleased with our experience with Showers Direct , there was a small issue regarding stock of the product we wanted, but that was quickly resolved .They emailed us , and also gave us an address so we could email them, so very good service. We are having our shower valve installed this afternoon.”

I placed the order on the Sunday, received an email on Monday from Becky advising that my order would be sent directly from the suppliers and the order arrived on the Tuesday! Amazing service! “I had been searching for a Roca toilet seat for weeks and had no idea of the model number. I came across Bathroom and Showers online and got in touch and amazingly Zoe got back to me. I sent her some photos of my loo seat and she got advised me of the model number I needed. I ordered the seat and it fitted perfectly. Brilliant service from an actual person!”

“5 stars again. I ordered a tap/shower unit and it turned out to be too small for the hole already cut into the bath. I then ordered another and they let me return the first one with a subsequent return of my money. The second one was ordered on the Friday and it arrived on the Sunday.
