“Clear website, easy directions and prompt attention on delivery. The toilet seat was fitted yesterday but I had not appreciated that the metal hinges were not symmetrical and perhaps the instructions could’ve pointed out that the seat could be moved forward by my reversing the position where they were placed. I hope that makes sense, but that is no reflection on your service”

“Initially, there was a little hiccup with delivery, as the website stated one thing but once I'd placed the order the delivery time had increased. However they were very helpful and efficient, and managed to get our delivery to us quicker than the stated time, as we needed it the same week. Very happy customer and the products were also the most competitively priced!”

“Very helpful indeed. Had a query with my order (there was nothing wrong with any aspect of my purchase- arrived on time was packaged well and priced competitively) but the model of toilet seat had changed in design and I was nervous it was the wrong part.I spoke online to a gentleman and for once spoke to a human being. He was knowledgeable courteous and confirmed my query instantly. Well done indeed I recommend.”
