“5 stars again. I ordered a tap/shower unit and it turned out to be too small for the hole already cut into the bath. I then ordered another and they let me return the first one with a subsequent return of my money. The second one was ordered on the Friday and it arrived on the Sunday. Thank you for the excellent service”

“I ordered a shower pump one afternoon and it was with me early the next day. Turned out I couldn't use it so returned it and received a full refund. “The real test of a supplier is when things go wrong. I ordered an expensive fan and it arrived speedily. Unfortunately it was the wrong model. My call was answered promptly; the correct fan was supplied and the first one taken away without fuss. Very happy with service and would use this supplier again.”
