“First time user of Bathrooms and Showers Direct.A bit sceptical of using new websites. However having read previous reviews I phoned to check that they had stock, then placed an order at 9.30 on Friday. delivery scheduled by carrier for Tuesday. I was truely astonished when delivery was actually made by 3pm Saturday. Exceptionally well done Bathrooms and Showers Direct and your cariers dpd. Amazing service alround.”

“A superb service! Bought a butler sink from here, it was the most competitive price I could find.it was delivered within 48 hours and the communication around delivery was just perfect. Got an email setting out the delivery details including a time slot, it was followed up with a confirmation text message on the morning of the delivery with options if I wanted to change the delivery arrangements. The driver arrived exactly at the time promised. A great experience and service, thank you.”

“Ordered a new toilet seat which was delivered the next day.unfortunately it was faulty. I e mailed the problem and Zoe dealt with it in a very efficient and friendly fashion. I received a new replacement within 2 days. I highly recommend this company for their excellent service JILL EDWARDS”

“Great customer service - had so much trouble finding a new toilet seat that would fit a very old toilet pan. Could find it nowhere else but here. Sent photos of existing pan and seat and they responded very fast asking some additional questions and advised on the right product which was a good fit. Fast & secure delivery too, very impressed.”
