“Very disappointed with product and service/communication. Delivery was a week late - this cost me money as I could not complete the job for my Client. I left 3 messages on the answer phone and at least 2 emails, all without response. I even asked for a refund as I had to go to B&Q to buy the required melamine board to complete my job. When it finally turned up, all four corners are bruised and battered. Some of the edges are dented and scratched. Basically, useless!!”

“Bought a hot tub ,first time putting it up it was going flat within a day or to tried to contact the store heard nothing,same with email's. All I wanted to do is swap it for one that actually stays up which I was well within my rights as was only few days old .”

“If the item I ordered 2 weeks ago had actually arrived and for which I paid £4 postage then my review might be more favourable. Batley have not responded to email messages. The price for the item was very good just wish it was in my possession and this company looked into the delay :(”

“Although the bulb fitted and works,this is not the one I ordered. The pictures on website showed the best energy saving bulb. I was sent the worst. Not happy. Batley were great. Well packaged. Thankyou.”
