I am awaiting a response to the fact that I believe that I was delivered three 21 inch blades rather than the 24 inch ones that I thought I had ordered.

Product GOOD Price. GOOD Deliver Four Days dispatch and then sent next day delivery would have been here quicker if sent on three days career and dispatch next day!

Batley DIY used DPD for the delivery which is good because several of the couriers in the UK are dreadful. However the delivery was split into two drops the first at 11-30am and the second at 1-30pm. The first delivery driver was very pleasent and helpful and put the compost bags one step inside my front door. The second was dreadful. He was serly and unhelpful saying he could not even take one step into my house and left the 4 bags of compost in the front door opening!

Product ordered on the 14th February and money taken out of my account on that date product still not arrived here on the 25th only good thing I have been notified of the situation.

The ostrich duster looked incredible in the photo... In reality it's appalling. I've seen more feathers on a battery chicken. Furthermore, the poor quality of the few feathers attached leaves fronds on the cobwebs which still hang on the wall. The extending pole works. As you've probably surmised, I am not impressed.

After receiving a New Mini oven with Hot Plates that were Faulty, it took a while to get in touch with the company as they didn't answer the phone. When I did eventually get in touch they sorted the problem and organised a replacement fairly quickly. .
