“First I would like to thank everyone at BDX. They have been more helpful then any other company for go-karts. I gave them a very normal "bought a go-kart that was taken apart by a kid because he could fix it" situation and they worked with me to find the correct parts and explain the installation. Did we always get the correct part the first time, no, but they were amazing at returning the old one and getting the other. There is only so much that can be done with pictures. I will definitely only be going to BDX from here on out.”

“I spoke to an agent about what I was looking for which was a longer rubber boot for the uni-filter adapter before I order it on the phone, and she told me she was going to check with her manager and told me to hold on, once she came back to the phone I was told yes they can ship me a longe rubber boot and metal extension, but when I got my order it was the same size as the original so I called and was told to send pictures so I did that, she told me she was going to look at the pictures and call me back, but never called. So I called several times to know the results and I was told not to call back again because she was going to look at the pictures, THAT WAS SO RUDE OF HER THE WAY SHE SAID IT. She said she would call me by the end of the day but no call yet. My point is I specially told her what I wanted to buy and we went over it and she told me yes they can send a longer rubber boot with my order. I need this handled ASAP”

I was told that one of the parts just arrived and the order would go out that day. I called again a week later
and was told that the order was just packed and would go out that day. 5 days later it showed up. No tracking number was provided. STOP LYING TO CUSTOMERS!”
“Overall good experience except I ordered brake pads for my vehicle which required two for the front and one for the rear they sent me one set of brake pads for the front which is not what I asked for I asked for the complete set for the vehicle so now I'll have to reorder pay shipping wait another week which is unsatisfactory to me please give me a call my number is 619-972-8845”
