“Very efficient, as there was a manufacturing error with my Clarins blusher and it was dealt with immediately and a new product was sent. Lovely product , very impressed with Beauty Base and will use again . Carol , North Wales”

“Decent website which was easy to navigate through. Prices were also reasonable. Unfortunately i didnt get the gift wrapping as offered which was a shame as my items were for Mothers day. On the whole, delivery was quick and well packaged. I would recommend Beauty Base.”

“Great price for the product which always makes me wary when ordering online for the first time but was able to pay via paypal which i always prefer for online purchases. Item came earlier than expected and everything was handled very professionally. Only area that could have been better would be on the communication of the delivery as i live alone and did not know when it would be delivered in order to arrange something so in the end had to go and collect from Royal Mail depot.”
