“Our company required a commercial vehicle for light use and we decided to purchase a VW Amarok, we searched for a dealer locally and there wasn't much choice, however Beck Evans had a few in stock, we called them to arrange a viewing and they got both of the trucks ready for viewing. We purchased on the day and the vehicle was delivered 3 days later. All in all a great service, they responded to our requests quickly, gave us a fair price and dealt with everything efficiently. We would definitely purchase from them again. PSTG Limited”

“Decided to buy a Ford Kuga as my family was expanding and got recommended to Beck Evans who had one for sale, extremely happy with their service, got a great price, much better than any others available on Autotrader, top marks for after care as well. Should I decide to buy another car (won't be for a long while as happy with my Ford Kuga) Beck Evans will be my first point of call.”

“Purchased a lovely BMW X3. The salesman Andrew was friendly, polite and very professional. When viewing the car I noticed a couple of slight cosmetic problems that were resolved without question. Beck Evans took my old car in part exchange which made for a very easy transaction. All the staff were very helpful throughout the purchase. Highly recommended and wouldn't hesitate to use again. “Bought the car-it stank of diesel after the journey home-took it to my local garage and the fuel pipe was found to have a hole in from where someone had obviously had trouble replacing the hose after changing the fuel filter. It was a £30 job I e mailed Beck Evans a scan of the bill expecting them to either refund the £30 or at least say something-I got no reply.UPDATE 4.45pm Tim phoned from Beck Evans and apologised profusely and explained that there had been an oversight and that there was a cheque for £30 to cover the repair in the post. Very satisfied and pleased with the service.”

“I have just purchased a VW Touareg which I collected on Thursday 1-10-15. The whole process of purchasing a vehicle from Beck Evans was a delightful experience. “Buying a young Land Rover Discovery was a big deal for me and having found Beck Evans on the internet and having not gone down the approved used car via the franchised dealer network route, I was apprehensive. I needn't have been. The service I received from Beck Evans and from Matthew Couper in particular was outstanding. For me the real test of service is when things go wrong, like when my part ex vehicle decided to have a rear suspension collapse just as it was being road tested! Beck Evans could not have been fairer in the way this was dealt with, seeking only to recover the replacement part cost which in the end was manageable and not the deal breaker I at first feared. Some weeks later when I discovered a broken fuel filler protection device, without quibble Beck Evans cut me a cheque for the replacement part enabling me to use my local Land Rover specialist and saving me the need for a 120 mile round trip from my home to sort. I would have no hesitation in using Beck Evans again, their service is first class and they deserved my business.”
