Matt explained the whole process and after speaking to some NZ references provided by Beck Evans, we felt comfortable with the purchase. Beck Evans made the whole process of purchasing and shipping to NZ smooth and seamless. Finally when our Audi Q7 arrived in NZ, we were amazed at the quality and everything was as per online description. “I have no complaints with the car. But I was very disappointed to find no manual for the B Class in my car on arrival home. The manual was a C Class which is useless . I would appreciate if you could send me the appropriate manual. Also missing is the tray for the booth and the back window. As I am a disabled driver I had to get a friend to collect the car. However I am very happy with the car. Looking forward to you. Regards William Moore”
